I told you I lose my house if I'm wrong.

Man, that's no fun at all. You're not supposed to wager serious stuff on these types of things.

I'm thinking somewhere along the lines of posting a picture of you in a dress with a sign saying 'ATOT was right'

What is a point spread?
And what does 24 point spread mean? Does it mean that they will win by 24 points ?
In that case why is it considered huge? Isnt it considered that Pats will win by more than 70 points?
In that case the points spread should be 70.

The point spread has to do with sports betting. If they put down a 70 point spread on this game, everyone would bet on the Jets to cover and would no doubt win. 24 Points is even borderline unrealistic. Since it's the jets though, 24 is about right for the patriots to cover. 😉

Pats lose this week. Mark my words.

OK, Marked!

Good, I've put my last $1000 on this game and if the Jets lose I lose my house.

good hope the jets lose. anyone dumb enough to bet with the last grand they have and risk loseing the house deserves it.
I agree, but this has shens written all over it.

I love watching football; but, this season's Patriots games are so boring to me: Snap to Brady, pass to Moss/Welker/et al. or handoff to Mulroney/Faulk/et. al, huge yards or TD. Other team receives ball; 3 and out or a couple 1st downs. Granted the last couple games were close; but, it's not like the edge-of-your-seat games last year. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they're winning. I just feel like there's no attachment to this season's games as in years past. Ah, well; just another trophy for Boston/New England.

So, I take it you didn't watch the games against the Colts, Eagles, or Ravens?

That's why college football is superior to pro football IMO. 🙂

The NFL could go away tomorrow and the only thing I'd notice is that my FFL is gone.

My local CBS affiliate isn't showing the game. Anyone have a link to an online stream?

Me too, this is bullshit, three great afc games today and I only get colts vs raiders. I have to go to a bar i guess.
