NWN2: Storm

Seems like a silly question since all modern games allow this but I can't find a method to remap the mouse buttons in NWN2? Is there any way to do this - perhaps by editing a file or something ?

I don't know if this works on the expansion, but I'm using this on the original game:

Left Shift will now function as Mouse2 did previously. Mouse4 is not bound to anything. Mouse1 remains default and Mouse2 will rotate like the original version.

Thanks The thread indicate it is not possible to do what I want to do. Seems silly (insane?) that I have to run some external program. Also that program doesn't quite map things the way I would like them mapped but I might give it a try...
