My kids both have an ASROCK B560M Pro4 motherboard. They both got a Crucial P5 Plus 2TB NVME drive (CT2000P5PSSD8) for Christmas. Unfortunately neither PC sees the drive in the BIOS. I have updated both to the newest BIOS V2.30 and the drives are installed in the top M2_1 slot. ASROCK doesn't list it on their QVL list, but they do list the 500GB P5 (CT500P5SSD8). Also, Curical compatibilty check on their website says it will work. Any tips on how to get these drives to show up?
I tried unplugging the other SATA drives, but that didn't help any. I assume the drives are good as it would seem rare to get two DOA drives.
