help! does your ftp to 1&1 work right now? mine doesn't - keeps saying connection refused.

I really really need to export a database today - ie download an sql file of it to my local machine. For some reason, the phpmyadmin is messed up too. That's why I'm trying to use ftp - I was going to upload a php file that exports the sql for me.

Dammit help! I need it today!
 
This happens occasionally to me if I try and log in twice at the same time.

If you wait about half an hour it'll be up again.

I assume it's a method of preventing brute force password cracking.

Locks me out of the website itself too.

Everybody else can still get in, and I can see it's up via proxy too.
