nVidia tweak utility that supports 23.11 detonators?

I'm using nvmax 3.00.72b right now and it doesn't support the 23.11's so options like vsync and side band addressing do not actually take effect, is there a utility out there that supports these options under the 23.11 drivers?

The 23.11 drivers ignore any vsync settings. That's why I switched back to 22.50's.

I saw the same with 23.11. I can turn off Vsync in OpenGL, but not D3D. 22.50 is good for me too.
