I wonder if anyone at Nvidia has been in the forum lately, they are getting smeared.

I think there only hope is to quit trying to cover up their mistakes and move on to make sure they dont make another big one with the next chips.

I really dont have a problem with them making a patch for every game out there (they need to), but they really need to focus on the next line to dig their way out of this one.

Now would be an excellent time to dredge up the old thread about whether or not nVidia will be "cursed" for having swallowed up 3dfx! :D

They'd better develop a FIXED product FAST! The only way to really save face would be to admit it's not as good and move on to the next toy.

If they want to be "the good guys" again, they should buy back the crapFX lineup and give users GF4's or discounts on their new replacements... but THAT will NEVER happen.

thank you ... for once someone learns from trends in the GPU world.

Nvidia has f*cked up yes no one can deny this, however I will still never jump on the ban wagon and buy an ATI card purely because its the flavor of the month. ATI will never get a single cent from me because ever ATI card I have ever owned or worked with has been a complete mess.

and that's the way I feel.
