Nvidia ram test in bios errors "Failure"

I have 4gb of ram on an EVGA 680i. The BIOS test reported "failure" of my ram on my last boot.

I ran memtest86+ for 3 hours and there were zero errors. I then rebooted, and my system is working.

Any ideas?

id just run a few stress tests, if it passes, it was probably a false error report.
