HEVC H.265 decoding without the need for a 6-pin? Might be the perfect card for my future 4K-ready HTPC.

HEVC H.265 and HDMI 2.0 are two important features here that 750 Ti lacks. It'll be good to have the latest tech in a pinless card.

Like I said, it likely depends on Polaris 10's release and is really just a counter for it. But if Polaris 10 ends up being more like a June release nVidia may not bother, like that Dual GM200 that got bandied about but not released since the Fury X2 got delayed.

Latest rumor is that it's not a new 950 chip, but somehow just tuned to run within 75W without the extra power connector. It's not clear how this would be done.
