JHH is always a good read. I know some don't like the way he talks sometimes and I make fun of some of his comments at times but he's the founder and CEO of a major corporation. When you have success on his level you're allowed to have a little chutzpah. Let's open up another can of whoop ass!
With that said, we all know he or his company did not invent PhysX and rather bought it. But it's essentially one company now and he can use "we" in that sense. Not a big deal since PhysX was extremely limited before nVidia bought it even though I don't feel it's that big of a deal even now.
Also, a major point, nVidia looks at problems and solves them. Say what you will about nVidia but no one can say they don't try to move the market forward. We may not always agree with the direction they want to take us but you can't say they don't attempt to innovate. And for the gloating fanboys who may try to use these comments to mean ATI does not innovate, this does not mean that ATI hasn't provided innovation to the GPU market.
On his comments about Intel being scared of nVidia, pure bravado. Intel, like any large corporation, owns a lot of high priced lawyers. Never underestimate what a good lawyer can do for you.
I'm actually quite interested in Tegra 2. I don't want a Zune HD but I've always looked at the Tegra platform and hoped a small computing device came out that would interest me. Remember the Nintendo DS using Tegra rumors? Only speculation but imagine the possibilities! A smartphone using Tegra would definitely pique my interest as well.
