The only differences I can see are some revolutionary screw holes and an extra shiny heat spreader.

The HBM stacks are smaller. 8 DRAM dies now?

They look the same size as the HBM dies on Fiji. I suspect the original part was just a non-functional mockup, with regular memory chips literally glued onto a piece of PCB with a GPU. This one looks like stacked DRAM on an interposer, i.e. the real deal.
 
It will be a beastly overclocker. Notice no fans.
