They look the same size as the HBM dies on Fiji. I suspect the original part was just a non-functional mockup, with regular memory chips literally glued onto a piece of PCB with a GPU. This one looks like stacked DRAM on an interposer, i.e. the real deal.

100% power for overclocking.

Also, 3D Printing makes it easier than ever I guess.

This perf/watt and rpm/watt gets silly.
