nvidia overclocking startup "flicker"

is there anyway to prevent this from happening (looks like the new settings are being initialized: one, single flicker on screen) => if i'm not mistaken, this happens at every startup

so i guess i'm looking for a way to "finalize" my clock speeds after the OC
