hi- looking for an inexpensive video card for mostly watching dvd's and occasional gaming. wondering if i will see any difference between the 200 or 400 versions, and the 32mg vs the 64mg?

I take it you are refering to GF2 MX 200 and 400. I would stay off the MXs and go for a GeForce 2 GTS or Ti. They are pretty cheap right now.
