NVidia nForce Networking Issue

As of today, I can no longer connect to the internet with my nVidia nForce network connection on my nForce3 mobo. For the past two weeks or so I have had no issues with it, but when I started my computer up this afternoon, I could not connect to the internet. After rebooting my router and also attempting to repair my connection to get a valid IP, the repair errors out. Is this the issue that I have heard people talkign about where the neo2 plat mobo's network connector craps out?
