NVIDIA nForce Control Panel - Where are my tone controls?

Perhaps this question should be in another forum, but I tried Software and didn't get a single response. Anyway, I've noticed that tone controls for bass and treble have been disabled in Advanced Controls For Master Volume under Sounds and Audio Devices Properties. What gives?

Because the nforce Control Panel has a 9-band graphic equalizer. They are tone controls too, you know.😉

I am aware of that, but I was hoping for simple bass and treble controls.

About the equalizer... it doesn't save the settings! When ever I restart my computer, the settings are lost. I don't find anywhere to store my EQ settings??
