Sounds like a two chip solution with 12 SATA ports 4 Gigabit Ethernet connections. This page doesn't seam to fit with thier road map. here

I guess the part I'm confused about is that the CPU type is AMD, but the audio is listed as "Azalia". Azalia is the codename for Intel High Definition Audio (IHD).

It looks to be part of the failed AMD 4x4 setup for the Athlon FX 1207 CPU's never really got of the ground.
