If it does not belong here, please pass it to the right place
about 4-5 months ago i ask my self why there is no Nvidia logo case
there just cases from nvidia edition like this "CM 690 NVIDIA Edition Case" or "Stacker 830 Evolution NVIDIA Edition" .
i decided to build one by myself , and make it from wood because this is what all i have .
the time past and where i almost finish the case I found an ad at IOPANEL site (an israel professional hardware site) information about modding and OC competition
and i decided to join the competition , the competition was yesterday.
so her a photo of my case from there .

soon i will upload more picture of the case and the project
Would love to hear opinions on the case .

update :
here is the full gallery , my all project
at the competition i took 3 place , i just forgot to tell you

On one hand, wood probably dampens sound better than metal.
On the other, it doesnt cool as effecient as cases made of other materials.

Ive long wanted to do my own case, but Im no skilled craftsman.
What I always imagined was a case that was close to the motherboard, and had a hole, where the CPU cooler stuck out (so it's cooling fins+blower) where outside it (the case).

Id make case that was aimed at being "effecient", and not pretty
(kinda the oppersite of what you did).

Astectically I think you did a good job on that Nvidia Logo.

It does have a few fault though:

1) Its just not very practical (when carrying) that it has part of the eye hanging out of the end of the case.

2) If you have it faceing forwards (so you can access startbuttons/cd drives ect that are normally in front), you wont see the "logo". This means for "normal" users, you'd waste the design (eg. it wouldnt be shown off).

3) You didnt take into account, the need for a dvd drive bay in the front.
Its "practical" to have a dvd player in a pc, a case that doesnt have that isnt something most people would opt to use. This means its more a peice of art, than it is a "funktional" case.

thanks for yours response

1- when i carry it to the competition i put it in a big bug , and it easy to carry it on hands , it is strong enough for this

2- i will show soon pictures from the in side of the case

3- i had a problem with it , i try to connect a leptop dvd to it but i have not the contacts to do it
at the front panel i put 2 usb ports , so i can connect an a external Drive

You'll have to develop some cost cutting measures to get the true nVidia expeirence.

thanks
but i did not find the logo spray color at the shop , so i take the most light green color
and when i put it on wood the color makes more deeper
