I sincerely hope they don't gimp the DP arithmetic on these cards
So, a GTX690 with a price most likely at $899 with almost 0 availability.
yay!
Just what we all needed. God forbid we get a GTX670 or a GTX660 for the masses.
At least it'll give our resident fanbois something to latch onto and feed off of, spewing all that NV DESTROYS AMD and "I <3 Nvidia" garbage all over the forums even more. This, without the intention to even buy any of it lol![]()
It turns out that the cryptic picture posted on NVIDIA GeForce Facebook page indeed is a teaser for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690

I got it right...do I win one?
First, I need to see a game that's worthy of a GPU upgrade.
I have a feeling I will be waiting few more years....

In this talk, individuals from the GPU architecture and CUDA software groups will dive into the features of the compute architecture for “Kepler” – NVIDIA’s new 7-billion transistor GPU. From the reorganized processing cores with new instructions and processing capabilities, to an improved memory system with faster atomic processing and low-overhead ECC, we will explore how the Kepler GPU achieves world leading performance and efficiency, and how it enables wholly new types of parallel problems to be solved.
Wow. And to think i just got the 680 yesterday. I cant have the best graphic card in the world for even one day without a bigger brother coming along?? me sad Nvidia, and i hope it is the 670.
Meh, i guess it wouldnt matter if it was the 690 either. Wouldnt be able to afford it anyway.
No one should buy the top of the line thing -___-
Can't gimp a thing that's not already there in the first place.
So true, i dont understand the point of having this beast of a $800 card with the games available as of may 2012. Its overkill. We need the mid range line!!!
