Nvidia hdtv dongle, really hdtv or converting s-video?

I've noticed that a few 6600gt come with hdtv dongle. But it looks like port it plugs into on the card is an svideo port and the dongle converts to YPrPb/Component. Am I just wrong and it really is an HD signal?
 
I read conflicting info for some cards. Like the chaintech says "SV to HDTV Cable" but the picture of the cable looks just like the HDTV cable that comes with other cards.
 
Ah ha! Thanks! I looked around for those types pics, couldn't find them. I'm really suprised how many of the 6600gt cards don't have hte HDTV out, just svideo. After returning my Asus 6600gt b/c of a problem, I think I'll look at another brand that has HDTV out.
