My system currently has the asus en9500gt (1gb I think), I think its Nvidia too but I'm not so clued up on graphics cards.
Anyway I have the option to swap it for a GeForce 8800 GTX (768mb ddr3 I believe) from an old dell xps (6 years old I think).
Is it worth the swap? My initial idea is yes as the 8800 GTX is almost double the size! My power supply can take it (Corsair TX650W) and my cpu is i7 920
I don't game much and do light video editing. I also have 2 screens, one as a main screen. 25 inch, and a 32 inch lcd tv.
So...worth the swap? and if so why?
