Nvidia Geforce 6200 (agp) or Nvidia Geforce 7300 gt (agp)?

I'm presently using a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (128 MB) graphic card but I want to change. My Motherboard (Intel D865GBF) only supports AGP type cards. I have a choice between 2 available cards in my location. The cards are:

1. Nvidia Geforce 6200 (256MB) (AGP)

2. Nvidia Geforce 7300 GT (512MB) (AGP)

I need to know which one should I buy??

Yes. I know my computer's old now but I need some more time to get my savings up to change the PC entirely. Can you please tell me which card is better between the Geforce 6200 (256MB) (AGP) and the Geforce 7300 gt (512MB) (AGP) so that I can atleast run Direct X 9.0c games?

Okay, Thanks for all the help!

But my 9800 Pro (128MB) is causing any directX 9.0 game to freeze up after a few minutes of play!! Won't the 7300 gt (512MB) be better? I mean couldn't I atleast run Splinter Cell Chaos Theory and Scarface or Tomb Raider: Legend better on the 7300 gt?

If the 7300GT is a 512mb card stay the hell away from it. Don't be fooled by slow cards with more memory, that only makes them slower as the companies go with cheap mem to be able to put a large number on a box. Not to mention the 7300GT GPU isn't fast enough to push any resolution high enough to be able to use 512mb.

A 256mb 7300GT would be on par with a 6600GT but it'd OC like a champ due to the smaller manufacturing process.

Personally I'd stay away from both cards and just find a member on the FS forum that's selling a much better card in your price range.
