Changelog says that on "power saving driver" the fan auto shuts off when idle. Anyone know how to turn that driver on?

Not really. The certified WHQL driver is indeed new as of 3/10.

I'm sure those same people felt great when the 364.51 WHQL driver blue screened on them.
