NVidia Fan Control??

Well, I've built up a new system, and one of my goals from day 1 has been to keep things quiet when it's not doing much. So right off the bat, what I'm asking is if anyone knows of any utility or app that can control NVidia fan speeds? For purposes of stability and compatabilty, especially since my board is Via, I would prefer an NVidia solution.

If there is NOT a way to kill/slow down the fan on GeForce 6 gen cards, I think my only option is to go with a Radeon 9550 or 9600 with passive cooler and overclock it a little. Now, I don't have a problem with that, but I'd like to know all my options first.

Any assist or knowledge greatly appreciated!

Is that Asus an AGP? Also is the app Asus specific, or via Coolbits, or something else? 2100 rpm, though not bad by a longshot, may not be 'silent' enough for me. Seems like your system is designed around all-out performance, whereas mine's coming from a different angle.

Is not noisy, the noisiest part in my rig probably is the Zalman running @2400rpm.
The graphic card get's to 3400rpm while playing, which is a little noisy but can't be heard with sound enabled. But it uses ASUS smartdoctor app so can't be used in yours. What brand is your card? You could use a ZALMAN 700 series for graphic cards...

Oh and it's AGP.

Well, I don't have a card right now - sold it off before I built the system and have just been using the IGP (TERRIBLE Unichrome Pro). Hmmm, I've got a Zalman myself, set probably near all the way down, so I think quieter than yours, but still - that Asus sounds a little more promising when put in that light.
