Lock it up. It's flame-baiting.

If you guys actually read his entire post, it's far from flame-bait.

I think the title might push a few ATI fan boy buttons though.
Just look at the post that say "lock it up" the signitures all have ATI gpu's :D.

The title is the flame bait. . . he could of used something more reasonable and still gotten help.

Has the OP thought that his difficulty in using CCC is cause he is not familiar with it? His been using nV before hasn't he? how can make the conclusion that one companies drivers are batter than another's like that?

Case in point
initial reaction is drivers don't seem as versatile and I'm afraid I'm missing features in Crysis. With my gtx 280 I had an option for 16x &Q. I don't see it anymore.

theres a setting in CCC for 24x CFAA, which is basically the same thing as what the OP mentioned.

He seems to be confusing his lack of familiarity with bad drivers.
If YOU have one problem with drivers it doesn't make them bad.

I saw a thread earlier this week that was suggesting that CCC was total shit and if you have problems you should uninstall it?

I had some touble with the dual display and screen flickering but that was resolved with driver 10.3 . I lived with it since driver 9.12 though.:(
I had some problems with the power saving features also.(clocks)

I wasn't aware that personal opinions (however valid, or baseless they are for that person's circumstances), granted one the right to make attention seeking and mildly inflammatory blanket statements like this in here ;) The gentleman couldn't find a setting, oh waaahh!

Now, if someone had done this about nVidia drivers, would the thread have been locked? That's the test, and I suspect it would, if only because certain people would have gone in and turned the thread into a mess of bickering and insults...

EDIT: although I suppose one could argue that it is as poorly worded as the reasoning behind it, which is amusing in itself ;)
