It makes enough sense to me. If the drivers aren't available to the general public, why show a comparison?

Ten you could argue, if the game isn't available, why bother releasing any benchmarks?

Although they did release a tech demo, so everything that's been used is public (drivers and demo) so they are in a way OK not to use the det 50's.
