Nvidia Custom Resolution Help

Just installed a 6600GT card for use with a 1368x768 display.

I can create and apply a custom resoltuion of 1368x768 in the nvidia drivers, but when I go into "advanced timing" when the said resolution is in use the horizontal pixel count reads "1280" and the image on screen doesnt fit my display quite right, even though the resolution is stated in the main interface as "1368x768"

I can replace "1280" by "1368" in the field, but for some reason it types backwards. Is there any reason why The horizontal timing doesnt match the initial values I set for my custom resolution? when changing from 1280>1368 in the advanced timing field I'm also not sure about the other values whether I should change them at the same time?

I hope that makes sense
