outside speculation do we have a "rough" idea as to when this may start appearing in laptops? From the slides I've seen, seems to be pretty amazing of a product. 780/Ti/290 speeds in a laptop is pretty incredible.

At the bottom they are giving a slide about "double" your frames compared to the 680M. Plus other rumors on notebookreview, and others are saying it should be 20-30% faster than the 880M which should be about right given the recent track records of refreshes. And if you put where the 880M is, +20-30%, or you double the 680M (both come to about the same), it would put it within that area.
The GTX 680M was based on the desktop 670 that has been underclocked, basically a partial GK104 chip. The GM204 chip can put the hurting on even the GK110, and with lower power use than either, so it should be no surprise now that a GTX 980M would blow the 680M out of the water.

Should be Max 100W but probably below 100WThe 880M is in the 110-120 W range, I imagine the 980M is similar.
