The roadmap on Mikeshardware has the Nvidia 7600 coming late November on a 90nm process with 16 pipes, 500 mhz clock and 256 mg of memory. It doesn't say if it has a 256 bit or a 128 bit memory "bus"(hope I have that right). Anyone know which one it is for this card? Or any speculations?

That makes sense-and why I am wondering if they will cripple this card with a 128 bit bus so as not to compete to strongly with the 7800 series. Hope its 12 pipes but with 256 bit bus....

My thoughts also, there will be a 256 version of course with an amped up price.

I wouldnt rule out the possibility of 16 pipes, I think it might depend on ATI's x1600 performance. (ugh I hate their new naming scheme, soon will be XX99000!!!)

ya it could be 16 pipes with 128bit...but its most likely going to be 12. it should perform on par with a x800pro i guess.
