Nvidia 240GT or Radeon 7570?

The GT240 is 3 year old design, and only a two steps up from the bottom of the Nvidia ladder when introduced. Benchmarks can likely be found online, but my lazy estimation would be that the newer low end AMD card would be a bit faster, and have far more video/audio features. Regardless, if you have a choice, a board with DDR5 memory will be substantially faster. I know little of the 7570, but the 240 was offered in multiple flavors.
