Nvidia 240GT or Radeon 7570?

Hey all, sorry being married to a non-techie has kept me out of the loop. Which one is better?

The GT240 is 3 year old design, and only a two steps up from the bottom of the Nvidia ladder when introduced. Benchmarks can likely be found online, but my lazy estimation would be that the newer low end AMD card would be a bit faster, and have far more video/audio features. Regardless, if you have a choice, a board with DDR5 memory will be substantially faster. I know little of the 7570, but the 240 was offered in multiple flavors.

The 7570 Has 1Gb GDDR5 the 240 is 512 GDDR3

If it's the GDDR5 GT240, then the 240 had the advantage it seems.
