fyi, these have been available for the past week; i guess they got them WHQL-ed. guru3d.com (and even nvdia's site) always have the latest betas.

Wow, after twenty zillion betas in the last two months, many of which were majorly f*cked up for me in UT3, we finally get officials....i can't wait for a new batch of issues in these ones :roll:

Yeah sorry for being sardonic, but ffs, nV's driver release system is retardedly annoying.

i agree. lets get some once a month stable drivers with improvements in this btch!

Maybe I am used to ATIs drivers but the 169.25 Vista x64 drivers are awesome. Absolutely no issues with the ~15 recent games I'm using. With enhancer I have AA in Bioshock, R6Vegas, UT3, Oblivion, etc

I love my new 8800GT :heart:

Why isn't don't these come up for the 8800gt with the driver search tool? These not for it?

General question, do these drivers usually just fix issues/improve performance with particular games or do they also improve the general performance of the card?

with the recent (past 6 months) driver realeases, we really don't know what will be included haha..
