Not sure what your problem is but I`ll get your thread moving again, you tried going into Bios and disable all video shadowing and disable system bios cacheable, disable fastwrites as well if you have that listed see if this improves stability.

Make sure fast writes and side banding are both disabled. I have the same motherboard as you. I also have the latest 4in1's. I have not experienced any problems with my card, though it is a GF2 as opposed to a GF3. Anyway, sounds like a pretty weird problem. Try messing around with various driver settings. Sometimes you would be surprised as to what that can fix. Also, I don't know if Black Thorn is a D3D game; if it is, then try running the program dxdiag.exe and see if it brings up anything in the way of problems. Good luck with your problem.

If you game runs only in Glide then it won't run at all on a nVidia card, no matter what drivers you get.
Glidegames runs only on 3dfx cards.
If you love the game enough then get a second card - cheap 3dfx.
Cheers

Have you installed the Via AGP Gart 410 driver(not included in v4.35 or any SP yet) AGP 410

I'm a little unsure about what your problem is, can you maybe post another synopsis of your problem, thanks.

Well i have some good news.
i went to the 3dgru web site that was linked some where here. and for a few files to try 1 was the above mentioned via agp drivers the other was DEt 23.10 The bad person i am did not try the 21.83 drivers after the install of the via agp drivers. so i anot sure if the agp drivers fixed the problem on its own. BUt now it all is working now, both opengl and Fullscreen direct draw.

I would like to thank every 1 that gave advice.
