over 300 fps on UT2003 @ 1024 x 786.........oh yes....
And we all know how reliable nVidia's benchmark scores in UT2003 are.

On a 6GHz system, no? 😉

Yeah, really. UT____ is very CPU dependant.

BTW, what quality settings? i can turn everything down on my GF4 and run it at 1024 while staring at a wall

we need the benchmark conditions before i go "wow".

Who here with a GFFX or R9800 plays at 1024 anyway??

Where is that HL2 benchmark anyway? Valve was saying it will be released before the actual game for testing purposes (so everyone can decide what video card to upgrade to haha). I keep hearing things about Doom 3 being delayed until mid-late 2004 instead of 1Q 2004 but I pass them off as evil lies.

yeah well i just read over at rage3d that the r400 series is going to have over 300 million transistors. that's almost triple that of the 9700/9800. mmm...transistors...

300 million transistors??? Hahahahahahahaha GL getting that thing to run above 150Mhz and not produce have a max of 100+ watts.

I doubt that. And what is the NV38??? That supposed to be an Ultra 5900 Ultra???

Naming convention doesnt seem to line up.

NV36-->5700
I would imagine an NV39-->5200 replacement
