Can't find any info on nutritional value for ramen noodles (checked nissin website). Specifically the one that comes in a cup, called Cup Noodles -- has peas, corn and little carrot slices. So how are these nutritionally? -- fat, calories, sodium, etc?

ramen is a good quick fix, good for when you have to study, and can't make something or go out, tons of sodium, and it really is chicken soup without the chicken (I always add some canned stuff) I would try to stay away from eating it regularly lol

Fatbabys delicious reduced salt ramen noodle recipe:

ingredients:
2 packets of ramen noodles
1 packet seasoning
1 regular saucepan

1. First put both blocks of noodles into the saucepan
2. Empty the entire packet of seasoning onto the top block
3. Fill with water until the top block is barely covered, COVER With saucepan lid
4. Cook until you hear steam building up (a boiling sound)
5. You should see your noodles still in blocks, but they are soft, and you see all the seasoning in the center of the top block, TURN OFF HEAT, and spread apart the blocks
6. Drain all broth in sink
7. Voila, If all is well, you will have "Fatbabys Dry Ramen Noodles"

Well thats what i always make
