I eat about 2/3rd pound of ground beef in hamburger form daily or 2 chicken breasts made on a george foreman with bun, cheese and mustard.

Am I insane?

I haven't eaten ground beef in 2 years and don't miss it a bit. I don't like fatty meat at all any more.

Well, I consume 3 900 calorie Cyto Gainer shakes a day, Usually a couple peanut butter sandwhiches, and a couple burgers or chicken breasts. And then a large dinner, and usually a tuna sandwhich or two after working out.

I've eaten steak maybe 3 times in the same 2 year period. I eat mainly fish, chicken, and turkey with some lean pork thrown in for variety. Beef IS pretty expensive isn't it?

It isn't to bad. $5.50 for 2 lbs which lasts 2-3 days. It's just my "snack" food. Cheaper then chicken, and chicken with rice gets bland real quick.

I drink 2 gallons of egg whites per week. I think that's a bit more insane.

That isn't that much. I'm probably around the same amount given our respective sizes and diets

Ground turkey. Works in most ground beef recipes, tastes better, and better for you.

If your in good shape, what matters? There are tons of hard gainers that do 6K calories daily just to not lose weight.

The simple solution is to NOT eat hamburger helper. I use ground turkey and pork to make meatloaf, chili, spaghetti sauce, or even burgers. It's delicious and way better for you.

Yeah, I'm around 5500 and still gaining slowly. Bodyfat is at 15% and dropping.
