'Nut' Randomly Kills Man at Rail Station

This is the sh!t that scares me everyday I commute. I live in Jersey City, and used to take the same light rail. Poor guy didn't even see this one coming.

Heard about that on the news yesterday. I think they mentioned he was a schizophrenic. Not that it excuses his actions or helps the situation to know this. Sad news

I was think it was a metal nut that someone had put on the track to flatten and it got changed to a projectile killing someone.

My psychology professor mentioned that there is recently a crisis for care of mental health patients. No one wants to fund for it anymore, and most psychiatric wards have been shut down this past decade.
