Numbness in left hand.

What might a tingling/numbness in my left hand mean? Most specifically my little finger and my ring finger. I would say I've gotten a shot of numbness/tingling every 5-10 minutes for about an hour. Is this bad?

You may have a pinched nerve in your neck. Stop sleeping on your stomach, use a flatter pillow, see your doctor.

I had something similar, had a couple bad discs in my neck. This sounds familiar. You need to go see a DR.

I get something like that if I lean on my elbow too long, like just those two fingers are falling asleep. Goes away as soon as I move my arm, so I'm guessing it's a nerve/cutting off bloodflow kinda thing.
