NTSC Xbox on PAL-SECAM TV

I am planning on traveling abroad and taking my xbox along so that me and a friend can enjoy xbox co-op goodness. Surely Xbox uses NTSC and there is a possibility that the TV(probably manufactured in the late 90s) will be using PAL or SECAM. I am not sure if these broadcasting signals have anything to to do with the TV itself, but in the good old days I remember having a TV that could switch between PAL, SECAM and NTSC. I have not left the country in a long time so I do not know how the technology has changed. Will I experience compatibility problems?

Dude, any modern TV will accept PAL, PAL-60, NTSC, SECAM, J-NTSC & RGB inputs if they're even worth their salt.

I live in the UK and my TV does, and it was only a cheap 21" Hitachi beast.

I run my Xbox using PAL-60 composite, and my Dreamcast on 60hz progressive scan RGB, GameCube on PAL-60 composite, SNES on PAL composite 😉
