NTLDR Error when trying to make a bootable Win2k Cd.

I just recently tried making a slipstreamed Win2k CD with SP2 integrated into it. But whenever I make it bootable, the stupid thing always comes up with a Missing NTLDR error when it tries to boot from the CD. This is baffling me and I tried searching for other topics on the subject, but couldn't find any. Right now I'm confused as what to do, so if you know what's going on, please reply. Thanks.

I would make sure that you are correctly setting everything up on the cd - check this link: Slipstreamed Win2K Boot CDs

I followed that and it worked first try, no problems.
