NTFS+FAT boot disk?

Is there a setup that can fit on a floppy that can:
Read/write/check FAT drives
Read/write/check NTFS drives
Read standard CDROM drives
Format and partition FAT and NTFS drives


I've been using boot disks that can do everything but the NTFS part for quite some time, but I haven't seen any that do NTFS. Is there a hacked up DOS or linux that can do that?

This is about the closest thing I have seen. The free demo is a 648K download.

Yep . . . all the others have floppy formats. A bootable CD with all on it would also be useful.

Well, it's a start. I can find a read-only NTFS DOS driver but the read/write is about $250.

Is there a linux mini-distro that can do what I'm looking to do?
