NT4 server problem

This server is a Windows NT 4 SP6a, it is also a BDC. Couple of days ago this server crashed (Blue screen). After rebooting the server everything came back up okay, only none of the client could access their home folders and shares on this server. (About 600 people).

After rebooting the server, every one could have access to the shares fine up to 10min, and then they lose the connection again to the shares.

It is a strange situation, and I was wondering if anyone has seen this before.
 
Well, you'll need to provide a bit more details on the nature of this problem, and maybe someone can help you out further.
