NT2000 share c$

If you are on a Domain, it can't be done. If you are a standalone NT2000 machine you have to turn off "File and Print Sharing for Microsoft networks" so C and D will not automatically be shared.

You can absolutely do it if you're on a domain. Right click on network neighborhood, properties, properties on your NIC and unselect file and print sharing.
