Does anyone know how to determine what workstation a given NT user is logged into? 3rd Party software, NT util, etc...

SMS will do it, but I'm guessing if you had SMS in your environment you would know that already. If you're running a domain, depending on your audit levels, you can check the system logs on your DC's.
