We partake in a goofy tradition every December where an elf watches the kids and reports back to Santa. He ends up in a new hiding place every night and the kids love looking for him in the morning. This year he ended up on a hook and the results were pretty creepy.

Our Elf landed last night via parachute stuck on the Christmas tree. Tonight he put up bunch of rubber stickers on the bathroom mirror and is sitting on the kitchen sink. My daughter still believes in Santa.

Our elf is in the water dispenser area in front of the fridge next to a cup of water...my wife told the kids that "Bob" (their choice...) was drunk and needed to rehydrate.
