260 sq ft. feels like $7/sqft (actual retail cost is actually more than $7/sqft since they donated the turf...)

Awesome. What brand did you use?

I actually have a spot in the front of my house that isn't too large, but 2 ginormous pine trees dominate the sun and their roots are always upending everything. I spend way too many hours trying to get grass to grow under them and it always ends up in failure. Might be a great candidate for your astro turf.

We actually did go with k9grass. We're trying to be a pro facility, so might as well use what the pros use ^_^

call it a loss or rip out the synthetic grass. I see it no different than any other business who does a leasehold improvement to the building they are in.

How are you cleaning your fake grass?

I have about 300 square feet of it and I scoop the poop but there is still leaf debris and other stuff. Was thinking about a light rake and then taking the shop vac to it?

Hose and leaf blower. Haven't needed to rake it.
