If you mix it beforehand, its shelf life is limited. Its precursors have basically an infinite shelf life. This is why sarin munitions are stored in binary form - they mix on impact and release sarin.

True in most cases, however it seems in this case the vials were ready to go which makes it unlikely that they are coming from the SH regime.

The precursors do not have "infinite shelf life" at all, where did you get that piece of misinformation from?

Where would these guys be getting sarin from?

The US via Saddam in the 1980s...

More likely from Russia.

Sarin with Russian and English labels found in Iraq.

Hmmm...

Does that help answer your question, TLC???

Where would these guys be getting sarin from?

Some nation that speaks Russian or English.

And just as Spencer278 said:

Well it is a good thing Bush invade Iraq to keep chemicals like that out of the hands of terrorist oh wait they most likely got the vials after bush invaded.

Nice job Georgie. You imbecile.

Your lie about WMD in Iraq as an excuse for your unprovoked invasion has helped bring WMD to Iraq.

Ditto your lie about the 'terrsts'.

The liberal media covered it up like they have all the other reports.

What most of you hacks forget is what this means, it is good news that these vials were found before used but are they the only vials in the hands of the insurgents.

A long time ago i was in a zone where they let us take the areas and then used their best weapons against the areas we secured, it is easier to fight an enemy with a locked in location.

The battle in Fallujah could become a lot worse if this is the current plan of the insurgents and if they have more chemical weapons.

Let's hope that won't happen.

Yes...its the liberal media controlling you...
SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU IGNORANT NEO-CON. It is the "liberal media" that has been outlawed from showing images of dead american soldiers or caskets coming back from iraq by the Bush Administration.
Good try, just keep telling yourself that it is because of CBS that you don't see the dead bodies of over 130,000 people who have died in Iraq since we invaded.

You must not be watching the liberal media much. The warheads in May turned out to be years old ordinance that was pilfered from some of the weapons depots the U.S. failed to secure during their catastrophic success.

No, not really. I imagine there are international requirements for labeling such products. Along with the Russian and English there is also German. My suspicion is that these were produced in Germany for Russia and have English on the label as a requirement. It would make sense since Germany is quite well known for their chemical weapons expertise and production.

You're speculating quite a bit to pop off and call Bush an imbecile. We don't know whether these were already there or brought in after the fact. If they were already there, does it count as WMDs and now we can stop the bitching and complaining about how Bush lied?

Two undeniable facts:

1. Bush is an imbecile.

2. Bush is a liar.

This Admin said it knew what and where the WMDs were. If Bush can demonstrate these were part of those, and can reasonably explain why this revelation was so long delayed, then sure.

All he has to do is back up his claims.

heh, what makes you think this came from Iraq. They probably smuggled it in from wherever they came from. Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, etc.

Sarin has a shelf life of 2 months. After that it breaks down and ultimately becomes useless.

Infohawk, YOU GOT SERVED!
Grow up. Everyone can be wrong from time to time.

At least he was trying to provide an explanation that suited our agenda...more than I can say for you

Passions is most likely the most worthless poster on this forum, he has the class of PhillyTim combined with the idiocy of CycloWizard, the comments he makes are always astounding. The man is in complete lack of common sense.

Lets see, with the right amount of money anything can be bought in Iraq. Where would they get it from, any number of countrys would sell the information. It does sound like it could be some sort of test kit though. I will wait for additional information on this.

Looking at the photo, it shows some writing at the bottom of the label "Okt. 1....."
The rest is obscured. I am willing to bet this is old stuff too.
