If I could, I would wear flipflops ALL of the time, so these... I would try!

please explain to me why women have such a hardon for flipflops

I don't know about that... but perhaps I should change my statement... I honestly hate HATE wearing shoes/sandals, anything. So, flip flops are the closest thing to nothing technically.
Same for clothes... less is better... honestly. I hate the feeling. That is why its so nice in the summer to wear a sundress and flipflops. closest thing to nothing really, that is allowed

the dude's foot on their website is sun burned. ouch.
weird.... why would they want a scaly skinned foot as a model? I think it might be a female, because I think that is an anklet on the left ankle.

Actually I think its sand not nasty peeling sunburn! 😛
yep, i believe you are right.

The law clearly states you can not wear those outside of California.

I went and tried these on at Whole Earth Provisions - let's just say that they're NOT built for people with abnormal feet. My toes are pretty long, and I can't get the toe join portion past the middle of them. Maybe once they come up with abnormal sizes, it'll be good but until then they're leaving a good portion out! They looked comfy though - but up there with Nike Free's.

Those actually look badass. I do a bit of kayaking and and fishing/walking through rivers, so I think I might go try a pair of these on.
