Now you can get a credit card without having a SSN

INS should team up with BofA and deport every single person using this service. It would be a great public service and help boost BofA's image.
 
So what's stopping them from defaulting on CC debt then? Couldn't they open a checking account with some money (and no SSN), wait three months, run up a CC bill and withdraw their cash from the account and disappear?

Unless it's less of a credit card and more of a Visa check card, which would make the most sense.

Who is going to foot the bill when the next administration comes in and hopefully cuts of the source of illegal employment for people without SSN's? They have a mexican branch office for payments?
 
So in theory.. one could just keep going back and maxing out the cards and never pay them off? I know a guy who is blacklisted by banks, big time scammer, and I have a feeling he is going to try this.
 
This is wrong on some many fronts! I hope it blows up in their faces! Then we will be left with the higher banking fees associated with cleaning this mess up! :thumbsdown:
