Maybe you could go up to him and say, "I know you said you felt terrible about what happened. I realize it was an accident, but the fact is I had to go to the ER for treatment. When the bill comes, do you want me to send it to your parents directly, or do you want me to give it to you to take home?"

I really like this suggestion though it'll likely lead to small claims court since he'll no doubt insist that the others involved help pay the bill. So be it.

Bottom line: You were a victim of battery and it resulted in what could have been a serious head injury. At minimum, you are entitled to reimbursement of your hospital expenses (and I'm sure your insurance company would insist that the other parties be held financially responsible).

If he tabletopped you, the only response thats good enough to work is if you "Top-Shelf" him. Dont know what Top shelfing is? Let me try to explain it.

You tell the guy you forgive him. You become friendly enough with him that you hang out over his house. When your over there, goto his bathroom and lock the door. Once inside, you take the top off his toilet and take a crap in the top of his toilet tank. Finish up and close up the toilet. After a few days it will begin to smell and they wont know why right away. Eventually they'll figure it out, and the clean up will begin.This is the ONLY way you'll save face in this situation.

It is now your mission. Will you face it courageously? Or will you fold like the smack-tard they think you are?

Dont get mad, just get even.

so people can clown on him and lose respect for being a pu**y?

Kick his a55? You guys presume everyone on ATOT is 6'3", 240 lbs with 2% body fat. Not likely. Most of us are probably chubby or skinny computer geeks.

I say you play a prank on him. Think of something, and embarass his a**. but if he can kick your a**,make sure he can't find out who did it.

I'm thinking there's worse things to do with staples in that area... You could umm... "put a roadblock on the hershey highway so that traffic will be backed up for miles" :D

you don't have to be ripped to kick someone's ass.... just hit them hard enough
 

The way to settle the matter with those kind of people is to duke it out with them. If he didn't apologise but kept his mouth shut, then letting go of the matter would be good. But since he's making it his job to tease you, it's time to show him who's in control. There are usually two ways to do it: a prank if you aren't powerful enough or physical fight. It depends upon your determination to bring him down. Some guys don't mind wearing muscle to square it with the other guy.

THUG LIFE, OUTLAWWW, WESYDE!! Tell how you feel and if he laughs... its time to regulate. Put laxative in his drinks, let air out of his tires. Eggs in his backpack... etc.
