Pabst blue ribbon is the best beer priced significantly under $1 per serving.
All other beers in it's price range are inferior. Most lagers even outside the price range are inferior.

Special glasses with a bottom section holding an area for enothermic mixture.

hmmm as long as it were a slow reaction that way you could absorb heat over a long period of time, that just might work. but then you'd have to make it reusable too!

With a catalyst it would be possible.

Certainly better than using the space to hold high watt density dry cells to power thermoelectric modules. ;) The latter sounds better but practicality isn't there when the end result is still a warm beer.
