Performance is probably amazing but then again even modestly priced production motorcycles are extremely quick and that thing is just plain ugly IMO..

This sounds more interesting...

For his next trick, McDonald is ordering the NCR "Touring," a hi-spec build based on the new-for-2010 Multistrada 1200. The goal is to carve off 130 pounds and have more electronics than the stock bike (which is equipped with very sophisticated electronic traction control, ABS and suspension adjustment), while making some obscene amount of power.

So that would be a Multistrada 1200 weighing about 295 lb (423 lb weight - 130 + splash of fuel)... considering the stock bike has 150 BHP and the 1198 has 170 BHP, with an overbore and tune that could be a seriously quick machine. Still ugly though 🙂

Not my cup of tea, but, those BST wheels are amazing! Some guys over at the V-Rod forums put them on their bikes and are very happy, although $ 6500 for a wheel set is pretty hefty.

Imagine what they could do with an 1198!
